great staff but inconsistent amenities

The staff provided exceptional service, always attentive and ready to help. The room was spacious, allowing my family to enjoy our time together comfortably.

However, the amenities did not meet the standards expected for a comfort-oriented hotel.

i had a lovely stay at comfort inn! the room was spacious and cozy. breakfast was tasty, and shawn at the front desk was super friendly, making us feel right at home. he even recommended a delicious pizza place nearby, which was a hit with my family. overall, the staff made it a memorable experience.

During our stay, we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which had a great variety, including omelets and fruit. The staff, especially Shawn, went above and beyond to make our experience pleasant. We also took a trip to the nearby Oklahoma City Zoo, which was a fun outing for the whole family.

In my wife’s opinion, the pool area could use a bit more attention for families with kids.

The staff were super friendly and made us feel at home during our stay. I loved the clean, spacious rooms! Just wish the area felt a bit safer. 😊
